External users have Private access by default, so community users can't see the records that scheduling needs until you share them.
Create sharing rules that grant Read access to these objects,
shared to the community user group or role: Work Type, Service Territory, Operating Hours,
Service Resource, Location, Asset, and Shift.
Without these rules, community users can't see available time slots or complete a booking.
