Confirm external licenses and assign the permission set that lets community users read the scheduling data model and book their own appointments.

### Required Editions

1. Confirm each user has an external license, either **Customer Community** or **Partner Community**.
2. Assign the **Workforce Scheduling for Community Users** permission set so community users can read the scheduling data model and book their own appointments.
3. Save your changes.
