# Set up a Digital Experience Site with the Health Verification Form

The Safety Cloud Template package includes an LWC component that contains the Health Verification form. If you installed the Template Package, you must set up the Digital Experience to host the LWC component on an unauthenticated site so your users can access it.

To set up the Digital Experience Site to host the LWC component, complete these steps.

1. Enable Digital Experiences, and register a domain.

    Use this format for the domain: `YOURSITE-community/force.com`. For detailed steps, see [Enable Digital Experiences](https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=experience.networks_enable.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
2. Create a new Build Your Own (Aura) Site.
    1. From Setup in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites.
    2. Click **New**.
    3. Select the tile **Build Your Own (Aura)**, and click **Get Started**.
    4. Enter the name of your site and a custom path, and click **Create.**
    5. After you’re inside Workspaces for your site, click the **Builder** tile.
    6. Delete the placeholder component.
    7. Open up the Components panel.
    8. Scroll to the Custom Components section, and find the Health Verification Form component.
    9. Drag that component into the Content section of the Builder.
    10. Go to the Settings panel.
    11. Under General, check the **Guest users can see and interact with the site without logging in** checkbox.
    12. **Optional:** To support multiple languages, complete these steps.

        1. While still on the Settings panel, go to Languages, and click **Add Languages**
        2. Add any language that you want to support and have translations for already.
        3. Go back to the Components panel, and search for the built-in Language Selector component.
        4. Drag the Language Selector component into the Content Footer (recommended) or Content Header.

            Because the Language Selector expands to the full width of the section, we recommend going to the Themes panel and reducing the Max Page Width to 640 px.
3. Go to the Settings panel.
4. Click the user profile linked under Guest User Profile.
5. Find Enabled Apex Class Access, and click **Edit** .
6. Find HealthVerificationFormController, and add it to the Enabled Apex Classes.
7. Save your work.
8. Find Enabled Custom Permissions and click **Edit**.
9. Find HealthVerificationForm Allowed, Safety Cloud.safetycloud.Account Visitor Action Allowed, and Safety Cloud.safetycloud.Health Card Scanner Allowed and add them to the Enabled Custom Permissions.
10. Save your work.
11. Find Enabled Custom Permissions.
12. Find Safety Cloud.safetycloud.Health Card Scanner Allowed, and add it to the Enabled Custom Permissions.
13. Go back to the Experience Builder, and on the upper-right corner of the page, click **Publish**.

    You receive an email with URL when the site is published.
14. Verify that the site works by logging out of Salesforce and going to the site URL.

    You see a page with the text message `No Occasion Found`,

    The site can host all events by adding these query parameters to the site URL:

    ```
    ?occasionId=<occasionId>&occasionSettingId=<occasionSettingId>
    ```

    After adding the query parameters, the site looks like this.

15. **Optional:** Set up a custom domain so that your Experience Cloud site URLs reflect your company brand.

    See [Configure a Custom Domain for Your Experience Cloud Site](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=experience.networks_custom_domain.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
16. **Optional:** Set Salesforce's CDN for Digital Experiences for your domain

    See [Serve Your Experience Cloud Site with the Salesforce Content Delivery Network (CDN)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.domain_mgmt_salesforce_cdn.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
