# Vaccination Outcomes Monitoring Capabilities

Help capture data on people’s experiences, health results, and outcomes following their vaccinations. Support detection of larger health concerns in a community.

## VACCINE OUTCOME REPORTING

Capture any adverse reactions among patients after they’ve received the vaccine. Provide patients details on when and how to report immunization reactions. Also, capture in-market outcomes and results for a newly available vaccine so that you can contribute to understanding its efficacy. Ideally, you would link any medical COVID-19 incident back to the administration of the vaccine and whether it occurred (pharmaceutical stakeholders).

Technical Capability

Consider electronic health record (EHR) immunization reaction and case capturing adverse events data.

Consider integrations with external systems to record pharma-covigilance data.

Use Experience Cloud and a knowledge base to publish content, including where to report adverse reactions. For proactive monitoring of immunization reactions, consider using the digital engagement platform for SMS messaging and Marketing Cloud Engagement journeys.
