To set up the Draft Case Response and Find Similar Interactions actions, create a vector search index configuration.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Search Index**.
2. Create a search index configuration of the type **Advanced Setup**.
3. Select **Engagement Analysis Text** and click **Next**.
4. Click **Manage Fields** and select **Engagement Analysis Payload**.
5. Save the changes and click **Next**.
6. Select **E5 Large V2 Embedding Model** as the Vectorization Strategy, and click **Next**.
7. Expand **Engagement Analysis Text** and drag **Engagement Channel Source Type** into the Selected fields region.
8. Click **Next** and save the changes.
    
    When saving the search index, make sure to use the default label and API name.
