Set up and configure Customer Experience Intelligence Analytics for your team to access the dashboards.

1. From **Setup**, enter Customer Experience Intelligence in the Quick Find box, and then select **Customer Experience Intelligence**.
2. On the Customer Experience Intelligence page, click **Set Up Customer Experience Intelligence Analytics**.
3. Assign user permissions. For users who manage the Customer Experience Intelligence Analytics dashboards, assign the CRM Analytics Plus Admin and Customer Experience Intelligence Analytics Admin permission sets. For users who need read-only access to the dashboards, assign the CRM Analytics Users and Customer Experience Intelligence Analytics User permission sets.
4. Enable CRM Analytics.
5. Enable Customer Experience Intelligence Analytics.

The app installation process can take up to 24 hours. The installation status shows on the Customer Experience Intelligence Analytics Setup page. If the app doesn’t have sufficient prerequisites, the installation is skipped with a message explaining steps to meet the prerequisites.
