              <p>Agentforce uses standard actions to accomplish key tasks in Salesforce,
                such as summarizing records. You can use any standard action with Service Catalog
                given that you have the necessary licensing required for each action.&nbsp;</p>
              <p>Service Catalog actions complete catalog item requests for customers in your help
                site so they don’t have to search your catalog or contact support. To get you
                started, we’ve provided three sample catalog items that are available for
                download. The items are associated with a catalog action of the same name.</p>

              <p>The Service Catalog actions aren’t included in the Agentforce Actions page
                with the rest of the standard actions. To access the Service Catalog actions, you
