# Install the Service Data Kit for Service Intelligence

The Service data kit includes the Service data bundle and additional data bundles for Knowledge and Einstein Conversation Mining based on the configuration of your Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud). These bundles provide the necessary data streams, data model objects, and data mappings for Service Intelligence.

### Required Editions

1. **[Install the Service Data Kit](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_intelligence_install_data_kit_task.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    First, install the Service Data Kit.
2. **[Set Up Service Data in Data 360](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_intelligence_setup_data_in_dc_task.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    Next, deploy the Service data bundles as data streams in Data 360.
3. **[Deploy the Einstein Conversation Mining Insights Data Stream](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_intelligence_deploy_ecm_data_stream_task.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    If you have Einstein Conversation Mining enabled, you must deploy the Einstein Conversation Mining Insights data stream. This data stream is deployed using an ingestion API connector to include conversation insights data.
4. **[Deploy the Knowledge Article Views Data Stream](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_intelligence_deploy_ka_data_stream_task.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    If you have Knowledge enabled for Service, you must deploy the Knowledge Article Views data stream. This data stream is deployed using an ingestion API connector to include articles view data.
5. **[Enable Data Governance Permissions for Service Intelligence Objects](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_intelligence_dc_obj_access.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    To customize access to Data 360 objects used by Service Intelligence, grant object access according to your chosen Data Governance policy.
