# Deploy Case Milestone Data

If Entitlement Management is enabled for your org, deploy the Case Milestone objects from the Service file-based data bundle. These objects provide the data required by the SLA Performance dashboard.

### Required Editions

Note Make sure that you have version 4.3 or later of the C360 (Customer 360) semantic model.

1. From the App Launcher, open **Data Cloud**.
2. Go to the **Data Streams** tab and click **New**.
3. Select the **Salesforce CRM** connector and click **Next**.
4. Select the connected Salesforce org.
5. Select **View Bundles**.
6. Locate the bundles named Service.
7. Select the file-based Service bundle.
    
    Don’t select the other Service bundle, which currently contains 23 objects.
8. In **Bundle Details**, verify that the selected bundle includes these objects.
    
    - CaseMilestone
    - MilestoneType
9. Select **CaseMilestone** and **MilestoneType**, and click **Next**.
10. Select the same data space that Service Insights uses.
11. Review the objects and mappings, and click **Deploy**.
12. Wait until both data streams show an Active status.
13. Verify that these data model objects (DMOs) contain data.
    
    - CaseMilestone\_\_dlm
    - CaseMilestoneType\_\_dlm
14. Return to the Service Insights setup page and refresh the page.
