# Set Up Service AI Adoption and Analytics

Use the Service AI Adoption and Analytics setup page to walk through the steps for Data 360 prerequisites, installation prerequisites, and then install Service AI Adoption and Analytics.

Before starting these steps, make sure that you have:

- Enabled and set up Data 360. For more information, see [Set Up and Maintain Data 360](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_product_considerations.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
- The Einstein Unified Analytics permission set license provisioned in your org.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Service AI Adoption and Analytics, and then select **Service AI Adoption and Analytics**. This setup page leads you through everything you must do for the successful installation of Service AI Adoption and Analytics.

As you progress through these setup steps, refresh the page to update the steps that are complete.

1. **[Create a Data 360 Salesforce CRM Connection for Service AI Adoption and Analytics](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_ai_adoption_analytics_data_cloud_connect.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    Before installing the Feature Usage data kit and Service AI Adoption and Analytics, connect Data 360 to Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud).
2. **[Enable Service Cloud Features for Service AI Adoption and Analytics](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_ai_adoption_analytics_enable_service_features.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    For Service AI Adoption and Analytics to work as expected, turn on the specific Service Cloud AI features.
3. **[Install the Service Data Kit](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_ai_adoption_analytics_install_service_data_kit.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    The Service data kit includes the Service data bundle based on your setup. These bundles provide the necessary data streams, data model objects, and data mappings for Service AI Adoption and Analytics.
4. **[Install the Feature Usage Data Kit for Service AI Adoption and Analytics](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_ai_adoption_analytics_install_feature_usage_data_kit.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    The Feature Usage data kit includes the necessary data streams, data model objects, and data mappings for Service AI Adoption and Analytics.
5. **[Publish Feature Usage Events to Data 360](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_ai_adoption_analytics_publish_feature_usage_events.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    To send feature usage events to Data 360 from apps set up to send these events, turn on Feature Adoption Analytics.
6. **[Assign Admin Permission Sets](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_ai_adoption_analytics_assign_admin_permission_sets.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    To install the Service AI Adoption and Analytics app, assign the correct permissions to the admin user.
7. **[Enable Einstein Generative AI Audit and Feedback](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_ai_adoption_analytics_enable_audit_feedback.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    To ensure the Service AI Adoption and Analytics dashboard reports accurate ESAT KPI metrics, enable audit and feedback data in Einstein setup. Otherwise, these metrics might be incomplete or missing.
8. **[Install the Service AI Adoption and Analytics App](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_ai_adoption_analytics_install_app.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    After your AI for Service Cloud data is ingested into Data 360 and Tableau Next is enabled, you’re ready to install the Service AI Adoption and Analytics app.

    Give users access to the Service AI Adoption and Analytics dashboard by assigning them the correct permissions.
