To send feature usage events to Data 360 from apps set up to send these events, turn on Feature Adoption Analytics.

- On the Service AI Adoption and Analytics setup page, go to the Set Up Data 360 Publishing step and click Setup.
- On the Set Up Analytics page, turn on the Feature Adoption Analytics toggle.
