Install the Feature Usage Data Kit for Service AI Adoption and Analytics

The Feature Usage data kit includes the necessary data streams, data model objects, and data mappings for Service AI Adoption and Analytics.

Required Editions

Permission Sets Needed
To manage Data 360:

Data Cloud Architect permission set

OR

Data Cloud User permission set

OR

Data Cloud One User permission set for companion orgs
  1. From the App Launcher, find and open Data Cloud.
  2. In Data Cloud, go to the Data Streams tab and click New.
  3. Select Installed Data Kits & Packages and click Next.
  4. Select your org’s default data space and from the Data Kits tab, click Feature Usage Data Kit.
  5. Select the Feature Usage bundles and click Next.
  6. Create a web connector.
    1. Click New Connector.
    2. Enter feature_usage_web_ingestion_ui name and select Website connector type.
    3. Save your changes.
    4. Click Next, then deploy the connector.
  7. Next, create a Server to Server connector.
    1. Repeat steps 2 to 5.
    2. Click New Connector.
    3. Enter feature_usage_web_ingestion_server name and select Server to Server connector type.
    4. Save your changes.
  8. Click Next, then deploy the data stream.
