# Create a Data 360 Salesforce CRM Connection for Service AI Adoption and Analytics

Before installing the Feature Usage data kit and Service AI Adoption and Analytics, connect Data 360 to Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud).

Note Service Cloud is now Agentforce Service. You may see references to Service Cloud in Salesforce applications and documentation.

1. On the Service AI Adoption and Analytics setup page, go to the Setup tab.
2. In the Set Up Data 360 section, to set up Data 360 and connect to Tableau Next, click **Setup**.
3. Ensure that you have an internal Salesforce connection.
    1. If you don’t see any connections listed, click **Connect**. Then, click **Connect** again for the Salesforce org.
    2. If connections exist, make sure that you have a connection to the Salesforce org. If you don’t, click **New**, then click **Connect to a Salesforce org**, and click **Next**. Enter an alias for your Salesforce CRM connector and click **Proceed**.

Your Salesforce org is now connected as a data source and data action target.
