Assign Service AI Adoption and Analytics User Permissions

Give users access to the Service AI Adoption and Analytics dashboard by assigning them the correct permissions.

Required Editions

  1. On the Service AI Adoption and Analytics setup page, go to the Set Up Dashboard User Permission Sets section.
  2. Assign either the Tableau Next Included App Business User or Tableau Next Limited Consumer permission set.
  3. In the Assign Data Cloud Permission Set to Dashboard Users step, click Assign.
  4. On the Permission Sets page, assign either the Data Cloud User or Data Cloud Architect permission set to users. Companion org users require the Data Cloud One User permission set.

Note When you add a data bundle, Data Cloud credit consumption begins. Viewing dashboards or applying filters also uses Data Cloud credits. You can keep track of your usage on your Org62 account page or by contacting your Account Executive.
