Before installing the Safety Cloud and Safety Cloud Template packages, review [Considerations for Safety Cloud Packages](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.safety_cloud_considerations.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Safety Cloud includes a package for Safety Cloud and a package for Safety Cloud Templates. Before you install the packages, review the considerations and prerequisites.").

Additionally, complete these steps to ensure data protection.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Data Protection and Privacy, and then select **Data Protection and Privacy**.
- Click **Edit**, select the **Make data protection details available in records** checkbox, and then save your changes.

We strongly recommend installing the package and testing the form in a sandbox or scratch org before using a production org. You can test the form and communications before deploying your implementation for recipients.
