# Quick Chat and Flex Credits

Learn how Quick Chat uses the Agentforce Action Framework and Flex Credits for real-time support.

Quick Chat uses the Agentforce Action Framework to provide interactive assistance. Unlike Knowledge Article Summaries and Dynamic Q&A, which scale with login counts, Quick Chat uses a pool of Flex Credits.

Quick Chat interacts with Data 360 and triggers actions to resolve customer queries. Each interaction or action started through the Agentforce Action Framework consumes credits.

## Flex Credit Provisioning

- Foundations: Salesforce provisions credits through foundations or specific product editions.
- Agentforce 1 Edition: This edition includes a set number of credits for chat capabilities.
- Additional Purchases: Purchase more Flex Credits to continue using Quick Chat if the current balance reaches zero.

Track credit consumption in the Digital Wallet. The Digital Wallet provides visibility into how Quick Chat interactions affect the credit balance.
