To reach the Classic Dispatch Console, from the App Launcher, find and open the Field Service app, and then click the **Classic Dispatch Console** tab. The Classic Dispatch Console is supported on desktop only. For the best Classic Dispatch Console experience, we recommend using a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, or a minimum of 1366 x 768 pixels, at 100% zoom. User idle time is monitored to reduce unnecessary Gantt refreshes and improve computer performance.
