1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Data Cloud**.
2. In the Data Streams tab, track the data streams of your imported data. The system continuously monitors incoming data and automatically imports new violation events as they occur. See [Data Streams in Data 360](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_data_streams.htm&language=en_US).
3. In the Data Explorer tab, track information from your DMOs. See [View Your Data in Data Explorer](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_view_your_data.htm&language=en_US). You can track data for these objects:
    - Service Schedule Request–includes information related to the manual scheduling operation, such as the operation type, the dispatcher who performed the action, and the relevant scheduling policy.
    - Service Schedule Request Appointment–includes information related to the service appointments associated with the manual scheduling operation.
    - Service Schedule Request Assignment–includes information related to the assignment details, such as scheduling times and travel duration, of a service appointment associated with the manual scheduling operation.
    - Service Schedule Rule Violation–includes information related to the rule violation, such as the violation type and description, associated with the manual scheduling operation.
4. Create comprehensive dashboards in Tableau Next to analyze your data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. See [Analyze Data from Data 360](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_business_intelligence_analytics.htm&language=en_US).
