Enable Field Service Dynamic Scaling

Set up large-scale global and in-day optimization to efficiently optimize your entire Field Service dataset. With dynamic scaling, you don’t need to manually set up optimization groups and define boundaries between areas that need to be optimized together, or split data due to system limits.

Required Editions

Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience
The Agentforce Field Service and Operations core features, managed package, and mobile app are available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
User Permissions Needed
To enable dynamic scaling: FSL Admin Permissions custom permission set

Note
Note Dynamic Scaling is available only when you’re using Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization.
  1. From the App Launcher, find and open the Field Service Admin app, and then click Field Service Settings.
  2. Under Optimization, click Logic.
  3. Select Enable Dynamic Scaling.
  4. Save your changes.
