# Manage Service Appointment Bundling as a Dispatcher

Service appointment bundling lets you group multiple service appointments that make sense to be performed together and to define them as one unit, called a bundle. For example, you can bundle several visits at the same customer location or utility meter readings—or package deliveries—at an apartment complex. By creating and scheduling a bundle, you can make sure the component appointments, called bundle members, are scheduled, rescheduled, and executed together as one unit.

Automatic bundling includes two modes: Automated Bundling and Live Bundling. The automatic bundling process looks for service appointments in a particular service territory and then looks at the priority of the bundle policy. After the bundles are created, they appear in the work list with the status None and can be scheduled.").
