# Configure Keyboard Shortcuts

Configure your own keyboard shortcuts for quick controls within the Enhanced Omni-Channel utility.

1. From Settings in the Omni-Channel utility, turn on the **Configure Keyboard Controls** option.
2. Select the **Configure Keyboard Controls** option.
3. For each function, enter a unique keyboard shortcut value.
4. Save the changes. The custom shortcuts are active immediately.
