Orgs must be on the Winter ‘26 release to access Performance Priming on both production and sandbox environments. To prevent functionality issues, we highly recommend that apps are on the most recent mobile version available from the App Store and Play Store.

## About Performance Priming

For mobile workers, getting the right information quickly and efficiently is essential. Performance Priming helps by making sure your team always has the latest and most relevant data on their mobile devices, even when they're offline. Performance Priming uses offline briefcases to sync the data mobile users need to the Field Service mobile app. You can choose which user profiles and the data you want to put in these briefcases. This means faster and more efficient data syncing for your mobile team. The most important changes are synced every 5 minutes, and all changes supported by Performance Priming are synced at least every 24 hours. In short, it's a better, faster way to get the right information to your mobile workers.

## Performance Priming Key Benefits

Performance Priming offers several key benefits designed to improve the speed and efficiency of data synchronization for Field Service mobile users.

- **Frequent Updates**: Mobile workers receive the latest changes every 5 minutes, reducing the need to manually sync frequently.
- **Improved Sync Speed:** Performance Priming makes data syncing faster and more efficient for mobile users compared to legacy priming methods.
- **Auto-Generated Briefcases:** Admins don't need to perform manual configurations for priming, as briefcases are automatically generated.
- **Access to More Records:** Users can access a larger number of records on their mobile devices.
- **Flexible Configuration:** Tailor the priming logic to meet your own use cases; prime only the data and metadata your mobile workers need.
