- The WhatsApp Flow truncates text that exceeds the maximum number of characters. For example, the title for a Dropdown content type shows ellipses because the text exceeds the 20-character limit.

    ![WhatsApp form with truncated text.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-service-support_channels-264-0-0-production-enus/f3c4b3d2-ff86-4f7c-9fe2-3d8b23d35109/support_channels/images/messaging/messaging_dynamic_whatsapp_flow_char_limitation%20\(1\).png)
- If you add an image that exceeds the maximum file size, you can’t activate the Form messaging component.
- If a customer submits the form after the messaging session ends, Salesforce captures the response and saves it to the record. The response isn’t routed to a service rep. In the Service Console, it appears as a reply to the original form request.

For the character and image size limits, see [Components](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/flows/reference/components/#text) in the Meta documentation.
