- [Configure Data 360 for Knowledge Similarity.](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.knowledge_similarity_configure_data360.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Check you’ve met all the prerequisites. Then, set up the Agentforce Data Library in Data 360.")
- Set up an Agentforce Data Library in Data 360 that indexes your knowledge articles. To add a data library, go to Agentforce Data Library Setup. See [Setting Up Data Libraries](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.data_library_setup.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter AI Knowledge, and then select **AI Knowledge Settings**.
2. Turn on Knowledge Similarity.
3. Under Agentforce Data Library, select the data library to ground Knowledge Similarity on.
4. Save your changes.

After you save, your authors can check for similar articles when they create or view knowledge articles.
