Add the Check Similar Articles action to your Knowledge page layouts so authors can find similar articles from a knowledge article record.

To add the Check Similar Articles action to a page layout:	Knowledge User license AND Customize Application

To add the Check Similar Articles action to a page layout:

Customize Application

From Setup, go to Object Manager, and select Knowledge.
Click Page Layouts, then select Knowledge Layout.
In the palette, click Mobile & Lightning Actions.
Drag Check Similar Articles into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
Save your changes.
