Add the Knowledge Article From Template subagent to your employee agent so reps can create Knowledge articles conversationally through Agentforce. The Knowledge Article From Template subagent includes the Create Knowledge Article From Template action.

Before you set up the subagent for Knowledge Creation, make sure that you have set up Einstein Knowledge Creation.

In Agentforce Studio, add the Knowledge Article From Template subagent to your employee agent. See Add a Subagent to Your Agent from the Asset Library.
