# Draft a Knowledge Article with Agentforce

You can ask Agentforce to create a Knowledge article with your prompt templates from anywhere in the app. Tell Agentforce which record to base the article on and which template to use, and then review and edit the draft before you publish it.

1. If you're on a record:
    1. From the record, open the Agentforce panel.
    2. Say something like "Create a knowledge article from template."
    3. Select a template and click **Next**.
    4. Provide the details: select the language, enter an article title, and confirm the Grounding Record.
    5. Click **Submit**.
2. If you're not on a record page:
    1. Open Agentforce from any page and ask it to create a Knowledge article.
        
        Agentforce asks which type of record to base the article on. You see only the record types that have templates.
    2. Select a record type, select a template, add the details, and then click **Submit**.

Agentforce creates a Knowledge article and sends a notification when it's ready. When you get the notification, open the draft, review and edit the content, then save and publish the article.
