## Add Permissions for Knowledge Creation

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select **Users**.
2. Select the service reps you want to use Knowledge Creation.

Note Drafting with Einstein cuts down on the effort to grow your knowledge base, but it can’t replace your service reps. To ensure your knowledge base includes only accurate, high-quality articles, create an approval process to ensure that the generated articles are reviewed by the appropriate experts before they’re published. Selective publishing can also boost article accuracy and improve grounding. Use permissions to control which service reps can publish articles directly and which need to submit their articles for approval.
3. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click **Edit Assignments**.
4. Assign your selected service reps the Einstein Knowledge Creation permission set. The permission set is included with the Agentforce for Service add-on.
5. Save your work.
