# Request International Roaming Plan

Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request international roaming access.

## Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

- Mobile Number: The mobile number that requires international roaming.
- Roaming Start Date: The date when international roaming starts.
- Roaming End Date: The date when international roaming ends.
- Destination Countries: The names of the countries the employee is visiting.

## Manual Fulfillment

This service process routes the request for manual fulfillment to the IT team. You can build a flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as manager approvals or automated fulfillment.

## Integration
