Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to report security vulnerabilities.

This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

## Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

- Vulnerability Details: A detailed description of the reported security vulnerability.
- Issue Occurrence Date and Time: The date and time when the employee first identified the security issue or when the issue occurred.

## Automated Fulfillment

This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.
