# Request Visitor Pass

Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request a visitor pass.

This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

## Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

- Visitor Name: The full name of the visitor.
- Visitor Email Address: The email address of the visitor.
- Arrival Date and Time: The date and time of the scheduled arrival.
- Service Location: The building location for the visitor pass request.

## Automated Fulfillment

This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

## Integration

This template uses a preconfigured integration with a visitor management or facility access system. The integration performs the automated visitor registration during fulfillment. To use this integration, configure your visitor management system credentials.
