Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the manager:

User Email: The email address of the direct report for removal from Active Directory.
Business Justification: The business justification for the removal request.

Automated Fulfillment

This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

Note The flow routes the request for manager approval and, after approval, triggers an automated API call to remove the user from Active Directory.

Integration

This template uses a preconfigured integration with Active Directory or an identity management system. The integration retrieves the list of managed users during intake and performs the automated user removal during fulfillment. To use this integration, configure your system credentials.
