Intake Attributes
The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:
- Token Name: The name or description of the security token selected for rotation.
- Business Justification: A brief business justification for the rotation request.
Automated Fulfillment
This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.
Integration
This template uses a preconfigured integration with HashiCorp Terraform in the fulfillment flow. The integration retrieves the account's unique identifier during intake and deletes the existing token and provisions a replacement token during fulfillment.
