# Request Software License Removal

Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request the removal of a software license.

This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

## Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

- Software Name: The name of the software application identified for license removal.
- User Email Address: The email address of the user whose software license is identified for removal.

## Automated Fulfillment

This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

Note After manager approval, the flow removes the software license assignment from the specified user.
