Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request an account unlock for a colleague.

## Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

- Colleague Email Address: The registered email address of the colleague whose account requires unlocking.

## Automated Fulfillment

This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

## Integration

This template uses a preconfigured integration with Okta in the fulfillment flow. To use this integration, configure your Okta credentials.
