Intake Attributes
The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:
- Component to Upgrade: The specific component to upgrade, such as RAM, Disk Size, or Other.
- New RAM Capacity: The desired capacity for the RAM upgrade.
- New Disk Size: The desired size for the disk upgrade.
- Other Upgrade Requirements: Other requirements for the hardware upgrade.
- Required By Date: The date the hardware upgrade is required by.
Manual Fulfillment
This service process routes the request for manual fulfillment to the IT team. You can build a flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as manager approvals or automated fulfillment.
