Intake Attributes
The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:
- Asset Name: The name or identifier of the asset that requires access.
- Access Type: The type of access requested, such as Admin or USB access.
- Access Expiration Date and Time: The date and time when access expires.
- Business Justification: The business justification for the access request.
Manual Fulfillment
This service process routes the request for manual fulfillment to the IT team. You can build a flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as manager approvals or automated fulfillment.
