# Request Shared Mailbox

Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request for new shared mailboxes.

This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

## Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

- Mailbox Name: The name of the shared mailbox.
- Shared Mailbox Email: The email address for the shared mailbox.
- Member Email Addresses: The email addresses of members who will have access to the mailbox.
- Business Justification: The business justification for creating the shared mailbox.

## Automated Fulfillment

This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

## Integration

This template uses a preconfigured integration with Microsoft Entra ID in the fulfillment flow. To use this integration, ensure your Microsoft Entra ID credentials are configured.
