# Enroll Device for MDM

Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request for device enrollment for Mobile Device Management (MDM).

## Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

- Device ID: The unique identifier for the hardware device that requires enrollment into MDM.
- Operating System: The specific software platform running on the device, such as Android or iOS.

## Manual Fulfillment

This service process routes the request for manual fulfillment to the IT team. You can build a flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as manager approvals or automated fulfillment.

## Integration
