5. Turn on **Create Problems with Einstein** to use Einstein to create problems from incidents, automatically filling key fields using incident and related data.
6. Configure the Priority Matrix for Problem. See [Configure Automatic Priority Assignment for IT Services](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.it_srvcs_priority_matrix.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Simplify decision-making and speed up record creation by automatically defining priority for incidents, problems, and change requests based on their urgency and impact. Handle critical issues faster and track service-level agreements (SLAs) more easily.").
7. Align the layout of the Problem Management page with your company's theme.
8. Add components to the problem record page to view and manage affected and impacted configuration items.
    1. Open a problem record.
    2. From the Setup menu, select **Edit Page**.
    3. In the Lightning App Builder, drag and drop **Related Affected Config Items** and **Related Impacted Configuration Items** components to the desired region on the page.

These components are available only when Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is enabled.
    4. Click **Save**.
    5. Click **Activate** to make the page available in Lightning Experience.
9. Build agents to support problem resolution. See [Create an Agent from a Template](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?language=en_US&id=ai.agent_setup_type.htm&type=5).
