# Manage Discovery Agents

Monitor and configure discovery agents from a single page to keep asset data current and your Configuration Management Database (CMDB) synchronized. Review installed agents, set how often they report, and uninstall agents that are no longer required.

### Required Editions

The following table describes the key features available to manage agents:

 
| Feature | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Agents List | Shows all devices where discovery agents are installed. Includes details such as host name, operating system, version, last scanned time, last check-in, and status. Use this list to monitor connected agents and verify installation status across environments. |
| Agent Settings | Configure how often discovery agents scan and send updates to CMDB. Use this option to adjust scan frequency based on how frequently your assets change. Shorter intervals provide near real-time updates whereas longer intervals reduce network load. |
