# Review and Resolve Detected Change Request Conflicts

Review and resolve detected change request conflicts to prevent overlapping work and maintain accurate change schedules. You can view conflicts directly on the change request record, where you can reschedule the request or mark conflicts as resolved or ignored.

When change request conflict detection is turned on, the Conflicts Detected card is displayed directly on the change request record page. Change managers and fulfillers can use this card to review and act on conflicts in place, without navigating away from the change request record.

1. Open a change request.
2. Click the **Related** tab.
3. In the Change Request Conflicts section, review the detected conflicts.

The change request record also displays a card showing the number of active conflicts. Active conflicts are conflicts that aren't marked as resolved, ignored, or system ignored.
4. To reschedule a conflicting change request, select **Reschedule Change Request** from the conflict action menu.
5. To mark a conflict as resolved, select **Mark Resolved**.
6. To ignore a conflict, select **Mark Ignored**.
