# Assign Permission Set Licenses for Unmetered Agentforce IT Service AI Usage

Assign the unmetered usage permission set licenses that matches a user’s product and role so that eligible Agentforce IT Service AI actions or MuleSoft for flow integrations don’t consume the applicable credits.

### Required Editions

Before assigning a license, identify which license the user needs.

| Fulfiller on the Agentforce IT Service Desk – Unlimited Edition license | Unmetered Base AI Usage for Service Desk | Eligible out-of-the-box Service Desk AI actions, MuleSoft automation usage, and applicable fulfillment or approval flow integrations. |

The global unmetering permission set license is separate from these IT service-specific licenses. It covers applicable out-of-the-box Agentforce for service actions and flex credit usage for AI Agents for IT teams.
