Verify logistical requirements for a fulfillment order line item to confirm that items are in stock and ready to pick. Make sure that internal transfers and external procurement batches are complete before physically gathering devices.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **IT Hardware Asset Management**.
2. Select **Fulfillment Orders**.
3. Select the pending fulfillment order assigned to your location.
4. On the **Related** tab, select **View All** to identify products to pull.
5. Select the item in the **Fulfillment Order Product Number** column.
6. On the Details tab, locate the **Product Transfer** relationship.
    1. Confirm if the line item requires an inventory transfer to bring the item into local stock.
    2. Verify that the product transfer status is Complete before proceeding.
7. Locate the **Product Request Line Item**.
    1. If the **Product Request Line Item** field is populated, the item is being purchased from an external vendor.
    2. Finalize procurement and receive the item into inventory before picking the device.
8. Select **Add Asset** to link a physical device to the line item.
