Submitting a hardware request, refresh, or reclaim triggers a service request. Track this request through its lifecycle to monitor shipping or approval updates.

1. Open the **Agentforce Employee Portal**.
2. Select **My Tickets**.
3. Find your hardware request in the list and review its current **Status**.

Note Service requests follow a unified status lifecycle:

    - **Submitted**: The system receives your request and awaits review.
    - **Approved**: A manager or admin authorizes the request.
    - **Assigned**: An IT fulfiller manages your request.
    - **In Progress**: IT sources your hardware or prepares the shipment.
    - **Completed**: IT delivers your hardware or processes the return.

**Notifications**

Check for real-time notifications in **email**, **Slack**, or **Microsoft Teams**. The system automatically sends updates when an admin approves, rejects, ships, or holds your request.
