When Proactive Assistance is enabled, the agent evaluates inventory and delivery requirements to recommend optimal sourcing paths.

1. From the **App Launcher**, find and select **IT Hardware Asset Management**.
2. Select **Service Requests**.
3. Select an approved hardware service request.
4. Find the **Proactive Assistance** card.
5. Review the hardware sourcing recommendations from the agent.
6. Select **Apply Recommendation**.
