| Persona | Key Tasks and Responsibilities |

| IT Asset Manager | Responsible for the financial lifecycle, compliance, and governance of hardware. This persona runs bulk lifecycle actions, runs TCO analytics, initiates disposal orders, and manages Certificates of Disposal. |
| Inventory Manager | Handles stockroom logistics, audits physical counts, pulls assets off shelves for fulfillment, handles incoming returns, and ensures accurate stock quantities. |
| IT Fulfiller | Reviews incoming service requests, determines the best sourcing path, such as local stock, transfer, or procurement, and oversees the deployment of devices to employees. |
| CMDB Administrator | Manages the Configuration Management Database, configuring discovery rules, CI types, and defines the field-mapping and source of truth rules for the Asset-CI sync. |
| Employee (Requester) | Acts as the end user who uses the Employee Portal or Agentforce conversational AI to request new hardware, report lost devices, or initiate a refresh. |
