Monitor Workflow Services Page
Check batch job progress from the admin configuration console.
- From Setup, in Quick Find, enter Monitor Workflow Services, and select Monitor Workflow Services.
- Select the batch job, and open the batch run instance.
- View run status, processed records, and failures.
Bell Notifications
Review automated system alerts to track background processing states.
- When a batch job finishes, select Notifications in the header.
- Select the notification link to view the list of processed assets.
- Review run outcome for each asset, including completed, failed, or skipped statuses.
Email and Slack Alerts
Monitor job completion from email or Slack.
To monitor jobs via email:
- Open the automated email sent after job completion.
- Select the direct link to view the run details.
- Review asset status.
To monitor jobs via Slack, the batch job owner completes these steps.
- Open Slack.
- Review the message notification for the run details.
