# Configure Autonomous Sourcing

Automatically fulfill routine hardware requests by enabling autonomous sourcing. When active, the Sourcing Agent evaluates nearby inventory to generate fulfillment orders and product transfers in the background, eliminating manual intake review.

### Required Editions

Turn on the org-level preference to allow the Sourcing Agent to auto-create fulfillment orders without manual user review.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Hardware Asset Management, and then select **Hardware Asset Management**.
2. Select **Enable Autonomous Sourcing**.
3. Turn on the preference.
