# Install and Deploy the Service Data Kit

Data kits provide templates for mapping Salesforce data to the Data 360 data model. The Service data kit activates standard objects, such as Case and Account, to identify service trends. The Proactive Service kit installs the Service Campaign and Service Campaign Member Data Model Objects (DMOs) along with their required mappings. These mappings enable the system to track outreach progress and link customer segments to specific service initiatives.

Note Service Cloud is now Agentforce Service. You may see references to Service Cloud in Salesforce applications and documentation.

Make sure you have set up your Salesforce CRM connection in Data 360. For more information, see [Data Kits](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_data_package_kits.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

2. Under Configuration, select **Salesforce CRM**.
3. Locate the **Service Cloud** bundle and click the menu button on the right.
4. Select **Install**. If you already have the kit, select Upgrade to ensure that you have the latest bundles.
5. Follow the Package Install flow to complete the installation.
6. Return to Data 360 Setup and select **Data Kits** under the Tools menu.
7. Select **ServiceDK** and deploy the Service data bundle.
